January | MTF Training Exercise #1
What will the end of the worlds look like? Nobody knows. Not even the Mayans. And, pondering this fact is your first step toward survival.
When you were a child you were taught to safely cross the road with: Stop, Look, and Listen. In the outside chance you catch fire, we all know to: Stop, Drop and Roll. Notice a pattern? 'Stop" is always the first response in matters of safety.
So, on December 21, 2012, if large-scale catastrophes signal the end of the world and mass chaos ensues, take your Condie Entertainment mug and remember to be a S.T.A.R.Stop.
Take a sip of your favorite warm beverage.
Assess the situation.
Picture how smart you will feel when you take time to calmly assess the situation before you react, while your friends run aimlessly into the streets and erupt in flames as the gas lines beneath the street explode. You may see others completely miss the fact that live power lines are about to fall directly on top of them. Yes, my friend, when you pause to be a S.T.A.R. you're being one smart cookie—one smart ALIVE cookie! Plus, you'll be completely refreshed from your beverage.
Start practicing now. Then, practice each morning thereafter. Here are a few recipes to keep it interesting.1. Mayan Hot Chocolate
2. Hot Cranberry Tea
3. Hot Spiced Cider
